Refund and Return policy
All our running fabrics and textile products go through strict quality checks before shipment to ensure that the fabric/product is delivered in order.
As all fabrics are cut to the individual order of a client, we do not accept any RETURNS on Fabrics and Pre-Cut Fabrics unless we have shipped you a defective fabric piece. We also do not accept any RETURNS on discounted items of any kind. We also do not accept any returns on products under Swatches Section.
For all items that are applicable for returns, kindly drop us a text at 8817927266 with your order and item reference number and we shall schedule a pick-up from the given shipping address. Please note that all returns will only be picked up from the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
Please Note: In some areas, the pick-up facility for return is not available. In such cases, the customer will have to courier the fabric back to us. The cost of courier charges will have to be borne by the customer.
Once we receive your return our team will inspect the package. Once approved, the refund shall be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving.
Where Will I Receive the Refund
The refund will be credited back to the same mode of payment. Instead of a refund, you may also opt for store credit. Kindly specify this in your return request email. All store credits will be issued within a week’s time. |
